Busy in the city - Lisbon

This project involved the total renovation of a T3 house with a garden, based in the middle of Lisbon. The home had not be renovated for 30 years and, when bought, had been abandoned for 6 years. The renovation involved the design of 4 bathrooms (including one ensuite), creation of an open space kitchen, new floors, windows and doors. Furthermore, the project involved the treatment of mold, installing proper water drainage systems and installing updated insulation and heating. The garden and terrace were redone and a studio for guests was built. Much of the furniture was custom made, such as the closets and the children´s corner. The style selected was Scandinavian with lots of natural material and green tones. As the clients had travelled accross the world, we incorporated elements from their travels into the design, to let their personality shine and to make the space their very own.
